Begin your LAVI™ Custom Scent Experience with a one-time payment of $199, paid in full at booking.

Your purchase includes your personalized consultation, fragrance development, up to four revisions and your completed custom fragrance presentation.

2. TELL US WHAT YOU WANT TO SMELL LIKE

After booking, you’ll receive a personalized fragrance questionnaire by email.

Simply reply with your inspiration—a favorite fragrance, two fragrances you love together, or the general scent direction you want to explore.

We’ll review your responses and schedule a personal phone consultation to discuss your vision and help define your fragrance direction.

3. WE CREATE. YOU REFINE.

LAVI develops your fragrance and works with your feedback through up to four revisions.

Want it sweeter? Woodier? Warmer? Fresher? Less floral? More seductive?

4. APPROVE YOUR SIGNATURE

Once you approve your final fragrance, we prepare your finished 40% Extrait de Parfum, matching luxury fragrance oil, custom bottle engraving and personalized presentation.

Wear them separately—or layer the oil beneath your Extrait as part of your LAVI fragrance ritual.

CUSTOM SERVICE TERMS

The LAVI™ Custom Scent Experience is a made-to-order creative service.

The total purchase price is $199, paid in full at the time of booking. Payment initiates the personalized consultation and custom fragrance development process. No additional payment is required for the services and products included in the experience.

The service includes an emailed fragrance questionnaire, a personal phone consultation and up to four fragrance revisions.

Fragrance development is subject to the availability of appropriate fragrance concentrates and materials. Because custom fragrance development is subjective, LAVI™ cannot guarantee an exact duplication of any third-party fragrance or a customer’s imagined scent.

Final fragrance performance—including longevity, projection and sillage—will vary based on the completed formula, skin chemistry, application and environment.

Approved custom formulas will be documented by LAVI™ for eligible future reorders. Future availability may depend on continued availability of the materials used in the original formula.
